  • Review the items in your cart by clicking on the cart link at the top of the page.
  • Use the ‘REMOVE’ link to remove any unwanted items from the cart. Change the number in the Quantity Box to increase the quantity of items in the cart.

Q. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?+

A. It is of prime importance to us that product qualities are as appears on the website, and we have made every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible. That said, as screens of electronic devices vary, so may colours.

Q. How do I know if an item is in stock?+

A. All items are in stock unless “SOLD OUT” is displayed. Please, however, be aware that if an item is in your cart, another customer can still buy it before you complete your order. A. As an authorized online distributor for all of the vendors we feature, we guarantee that every product we sell is 100% authentic.

Q. My order won’t go through, what do I do? +

A. Please review your billing address, shipping address and payment information, and ensure that you are using the latest version of your web browser. Q. I keep getting an error message when entering my shipping and billing address, what is the problem?+

A. Please review your billing address, shipping address and payment information and check for any typos. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. You may try re-formatting the name and address in your bill information. This often solves the issue.

Q. How do I know you have received my order?+

A. As soon as you place an order with us and make a payment, you will receive a Confirmation Email with an Order Number, to the email address entered at the time of the order.Please check your Spam Folder and move info@kubandbear.com to your safe sender list. Kindly ensure to return to www.kubandbear.com after the payment stage, to receive this information.

Q. I want items from the same order to be shipped to different addresses. Is this possible?+

A. Unfortunately, due to logistical and operational reasons, we ship all items from one order to one shipping address only. In order to ship items to different addresses, we request you to purchase items in separate orders.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after the order has been dispatched?+

A. Unfortunately, this will not be possible, as courier companies do not permit these requests. Please ensure that the shipping address is correctly entered at the time of placing the order.

Q. What packaging will my order be shipped in?+

A. Your order will be wrapped in bubble paper in an envelope, cardboard box, or tamper-proof bag, depending on the size of the package. We will make every effort to ensure that your package does not get damaged in transit, and reaches you safely.

Q. Do I get free shipping?+

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Q. I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?+

A. If you need to change something on your order, please contact us immediately at info@kubandbear.com or +919920530080. If your order has not been processed, we will make the change or cancel the order. If, however, your order has been processed, we will unlikely be able to make the change.

Q. Can I add items to an existing order?+

A. We request you to check the order status. If the order has not been dispatched, you may cancel it and place a new order with all the items that you want. Unfortunately, however, this will not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Q. When will my order get dispatched?+

A. Orders typically have a lead-time of 1 working day. Lead-time refers to the number of days within which an order will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier companies to get the parcel delivered. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Q. My order has been dispatched, how do I know where it is?+

A. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The transit time for metros is typically 2-3 working days; other locations could take up to 5 working days.

Q. Why was my order cancelled?+

A. Due to an unforeseen event, the item you order suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. In such an event, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours regarding the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, the remaining items will be shipped to you. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that these cases are extremely rare.

Q. What taxes and duties will I have to pay?+

A. For shipping within India, you will have to pay Goods and Service Tax (GST). GST is calculated automatically by the system, and is included in the price of an item as displayed on our website.

A. Kub & Bear accepts Cash on Delivery, all major Debit and Credit Cards, Online Net Banking, Offline Bank Transfer, PayTM and PayPal.

Q. How do I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted?+

A. As soon as you place an order with us and make a payment, you will receive a Confirmation Email with an Order Number, to the email address entered at the time of the order. Your payment will be deducted immediately, as we need to receive full payment in order to process the order. In the rare event that any of the items you have ordered is not available, you will be contacted with 24-48 hours regarding the cancellation. We will refund the amount charged for unavailable items.

Q. I got a message from my bank twice. Was I charged twice?+

A. Please ensure that you click “PLACE MY ORDER” only one time to avoid multiple authorizations. If you have clicked only one time, rest assured that you were only charged once. If you have just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account/email/text message, is an authorization message. This is common banking practice for handling Credit Card transactions, to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear depending on your bank, typically within 48-72 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Q. Can I return or exchange an item bought from Kub & Bear?+

A. Kub & Bear does not accept returns or make exchanges unless the product is damaged from our end. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns Policy for more details.

Q. What if the product is damaged when I receive it?+

A. In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us at info@kubandbear.com within 24 hours of receiving your order along with images of the damaged product and we will help replace the product or provide store credit for the same.
