All products sold on www.kubandbear.com typically have a Lead Time of 1-2 working days. Lead Time refers to the number of days within which an order will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier companies to get the parcel delivered.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is typically 2-3 days; other locations could take up to 5 days.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Kub & Bear cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping and handling is free for all orders. Express Delivery and Cash-on-Delivery charges, if applicable, will be as per actuals.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be amended or cancelled. If you do wish to amend/cancel your order please email us at info@kubandbear.com. We will try our best to amend/cancel it, if the parcel hasn’t been dispatched.
In case of a credit card refund due to order amendment/cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and to reflect in your bank account. When the refund is initiated, we will provide you with a transaction id.
Kub & Bear does not accept returns or make exchanges unless the product is damaged from our end.
In case of a genuine reason for exchange of a product, please email us at info@kubandbear.com within 24 hours days of receiving your order. We will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that we have approved of an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the product to our office in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We will use our discretion to deem if the product is eligible for exchange. Once deemed eligible, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the product as it is out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on www.kubandbear.com
There will be no cash returns for COD orders; returns will be via Store Credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us at info@kubandbear.com within 24 hours of receiving your order along with images of the damaged product and we will help replace the product or provide store credit for the same.
